Brand New Kitchen

The Damage: An electrical fire in this brand new home caused the kitchen to go up in flames. Thankfully it was quickly able to be contained by the Pearland fire department. Much of the credit is also given to the fire resistant materials many homes are built with today.

What SERVPRO Did: SERVPRO performed a quick cleaning and wipe down to remove the smell from the air but the owners decided to upgrade the kitchen in place of attempting to recover it. Thanks to our reconstruction certification, we were able to remodel the kitchen for the customer.

Why SERVPRO Did It: Being a one stop shop keeps information organized under one roof and prevents clients from having to search around for other vendors to provide different services. It can also help lower the cost of labor to have the same people perform a continuous task.

The Result: The homeowners received a new kitchen with proper electrical wiring and increased the value of their home.
