Unintended 'Water Closet' In Accounting Office
The Damage: This water closet was created due to the damage of a pipeline from the bathroom room adjacent to it. Left untreated the liquid would begin to run up the walls and likely ruin the carpet.
What SERVPRO Did: The lower trimming was pulled off and access holes were drilled into the drywall.
Why SERVPRO Did It: Drilling access holes allows the drywall and insulation to be dried without the need for removing it. It makes for a quicker drying process and reconstruction time. With a black plastic as the trimming, it was simple to replace it and hide the unsightly view of the access holes.
The Result: SERVPRO performed this task over the weekend, allowing the accounting room to be open for business without ever needed to close office.
