Winter Storm Inga Freezes A Pipe

The Damage: A frozen pipe in the bathroom of this home burst while the family was out. It continued to spray until the entire bathroom was filled with water and started to drain into the Master Bedroom.

What SERVPRO Did: As soon as we arrived on scene we placed a dehumidifier and an air mover on location.

Why SERVPRO Did It: Our specialized air movers have the ability to blow small amounts of water around while our dehumidifiers suck the water clean out of the air. 

The Result: Once finished, a simple shampoo and vacuuming was able to save the families carpet.
