Frozen Pipe from Winter Storm Grayson

The Damage: Here in Texas, no one was prepared to deal with a Winter Storm. This unlucky Houston homeowner had his pipes freeze and eventually bust, flooding his stairwell.

What SERVPRO did: We removed a few feet of drywall, the wet insulation and dried the carpet.
