The Damage: This was a large commercial building in Houston. Heavy winds had driven the rain in through the windows. By not calling SERVPRO quickly and leaving the water untreated in the carpet could result in its removal vs just cleaning and drying it.

What SERVPRO did: After the water was extracted, the carpet was cleaned and dried by our expert team. 

Why SERVPRO did it: Quick response prevented the carpet backing from deteriorating. No carpet had to be replaced. This showcases SERVPROs greatest strength, Mitigation over Replacing.
