Attic Board Up

The Damage: A frozen pipe in the attic exploded, causing water to pool above the homeowners bedroom.

What SERVPRO Did: We removed the wet drywall and sealed up the hole with plastic until it could be repaired the next day.

Why SERVPRO Did It: Sealing up the hole allowed the air conditioner in the house to still be effective as it prevented the escape of cold are and kept in the air being moved by our air-movers.

The Result: We were able to prevent further damage to the rest of the home. The homeowners were able to remain on site while the issue was repaired.
