Flooded Dining Room

The Damage: This flooded dining room in Pearland, TX was the result of a frozen water pipe that broke in the attic. Galvanized pipe is found in older homes and has a tenancy to have pinhole leaks. It should be checked often.

What SERVPRO did: Removed the baseboards and laminate flooring.

Why SERVPRO did it: Laminate flooring will imediantly start to buckle and warp if not removed quickly.

Here at SERVPRO we call laminate floor "was wood", it "was wood" until it got wet.
